Feb. 21 at 4:26 p.m. – In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway southbound, Officer Marty Venezio arrested Keansburg resident Jakeem Calhoun, 21, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court.  He was subsequently released after posting bail.

Feb. 22 at 1:18 p.m. – At the Eatontown Police Department, Officer Thomas Sarnecki arrested Westfield resident Thomas Wansaw, 49, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court.  He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

Feb. 22 at 4:51 p.m. – Officer Marty Venezio investigated a report of a burglary to a Holland Drive residence.

Feb. 23 at 12:48 p.m. – In the vicinity of Brookside Terrace, Officer Keith Meehan arrested Elizabeth resident Mohammad Abdelijawad, 27, on an outstanding warrant from Clifton.  He was subsequently released after posting bail.

Feb. 24 at 10:21 a.m. – In the vicinity of State Street, Det. Alex Yanes arrested Clark resident Shawn Antisz, 21, on an outstanding warrant from South River for contempt of court.  He was also charged with possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, burglary and several motor vehicle violations.  He was subsequently released after posting bail pending court dates.

Feb. 25 at 1:03 p.m. – In the vicinity of Clarkton Drive, police arrested Kenilworth resident Richard Casale, 20, and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was also charged with careless driving.  He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.

Feb. 25 at 10:12 p.m. – In the vicinity of Lake Avenue and Sweet Briar Drive, Officer George Marmarou arrested Plainfield resident Latoya Cofield, 26, on an outstanding warrant from the Somerset County Sheriff’s Department.  She was subsequently turned over to the Somerset County Sheriff’s Department.

Feb. 27 at 10:45 a.m. – Officer Kenneth Sarnecki investigated reports of criminal mischief to motor vehicles, which were parked at three Valley Road residences.

Feb. 28 at 11:03 a.m. – Officer Kenneth Sarnecki arrested Iselin resident Chulsoo Kim, 42, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court.  He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.
