LHS Wrestler Becomes First In School History With 100 Wins

LINDEN – In February, heavyweight wrestler Austin Frank earned his 100th career victory at a quad match in Kearny. The Linden High School senior became the first wrestler in school history to reach that milestone.

Austin is the captain of the wrestling team, a member of the spring track team and an all-county and all-state offensive lineman on the football team. Off the athletic field, Austin also excels academically. He is ranked sixth in his class and is a member of the National Honor Society.

Austin plans to continue his football career this fall at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn.
