Bank Celebrates Black History Month With Book Donation

FAIR LAWN – For the tenth straight year, Columbia Bank has donated books to 50 selected New Jersey school and public libraries in celebration of Black History Month.

This year’s selection, “The Immortality of Influence” by Salome Thomas-El, is an educator’s action plan for building the best minds of the next generation.  Previous donations included books on Martin Luther King, the Tuskegee Airmen and black soldiers in the Civil War.
