WESTFIELD— Congressman Leonard Lance announced he is holding three town hall meetings this week in Hillsborough, Warren and Scotch Plains. These events are part of a series of town hall meetings that the Seventh Congressional District Republican lawmaker plans to hold during the month of February.
During these gatherings, Lance will discuss the important issues facing Congress and the American people. He will take questions and share his views on the issues like the economy, health care, federal spending and rising federal debt.
Additionally, members of Lance’s staff will be available to assist residents who are experiencing difficulties with federal agencies, such as the IRS, Social Security Administration, Veterans’ Affairs, the State Department or any other federal agency.
The first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 2, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Hillsborough Municipal Complex Court Room, 379 South Branch Road.
Lance will visit Warren on Thursday, Feb. 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Municipal Building Council Chambers, 46 Mountain Boulevard
The congressman will conclude his public meeting schedule this week on Saturday, Feb. 5, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Scotch Plains Municipal Building Council Room, 430 Park Avenue.
