Rahway Police Auxiliary Makes A Difference

January 31, 2011

RAHWAY — On Jan. 19, the Rahway Police Auxiliary’s annual coat drive was completed with the assistance Darion Fashion, a local business that has been a partner in this project since its inception.

For the past five years, the Rahway Police Auxiliary has donated brand new coats and toys to local groups in the Rahway community. This year the young men and women from the Progressive Baptist Church were on hand to receive their new coats prior to the Rahway City Council meeting.

The Rahway Auxiliary Police is a volunteer organization that supplements the men and women of The Rahway Police Department.  For information on the Rahway Police Auxiliary, call Detective William Eicholz at 1-732-827-2079.
