Film Screenings Continue At Union Pubic Library

UNION – The Tuesday afternoon film screenings at the Union Public Library during February and March will comprise two series celebrating Australian feature films and the library’s continued tribute to New Jersey film personalities.

The film programs and schedules are as follows:

  • Muriel’s Wedding, Feb. 1. (Rated R; 105 minutes; Australian film series)
  • The Last Wave, Feb. 8 (Rated PG; 106 minutes; Australian film series)
  • Rabbit-Proof Fence, Feb. 15 (Rated PG; 94 minutes; Australian film)
  • The Killing, Feb. 22 (Not rated; 83 minutes; Celebrating Sterling Hayden)
  • All That Jazz, March 1 (Rated R; 120 minutes; Celebrating Roy Scheider)
  • Lethal Weapon 3, March 15 (Rated R; 118 minutes; Celebrating Joe Pesci)
  • The Big Knife, March 22 (Not Rated; 111 minutes; Celebrating Rod Steiger)
  • Uptown Saturday Night, March 29 (Rated PG; 104 minutes; Celebrating Flip Wilson).


The films will be presented on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. Admission to the screenings is free.
