Roselle Park Gallery Showcases “Progressive Abstract Art”


ROSELLE PARK — “Progressive Abstract Art” a solo exhibit of acrylic paintings by borough resident Joanna T. Miller, will be on display at the Casano Community Center Art Gallery through Feb. 28.

Miller’s first solo show features a collection of colorful acrylic paintings depicting diverse subjects from foreign land themes like Africa to beautiful locations in the USA.


“I am delighted to be able to share my artwork with the Roselle Park Community. I’m originally from Pennsylvania, and have now lived in Roselle Park for the last three years. I’ve been painting since 1969. I tend toward abstract acrylic painting, and am interested in depicting diverse colorful themes.”

The art gallery is located in the Casano Community Center, 314 Chestnut St. Roselle Park. There will be a reception to meet the artist on Jan. 29 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. The Casano Community Center and the Gallery hours are Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday till 5 p.m.
