STATE — State offices are opening two hours late and NJ Transit is reporting some delays, but last night’s snow storm did not have the disruptive effect of the post-Christmas blizzard.
Send your photos of the snow storm to email@example.com and we’ll post them online. Be sure to include your name, when and where the photo was taken, and anything else that seems important.
