From 1942: The mayor was Charles Taylor. Council members were: Ernest B. Pape, John C. Stockel, Huyler Romand, Charles E. Errickson, Herbert R. Morris and Edward R. Parker. The Clerk was William E. Schultz.

Overseer of the Poor was John C. Bowers, Enos J. Fouratt was the Police Chief, Fire Chief was Michael Donato, Engineer; W. Franklin Buchanan, Attorney; DuBois S. Thompson and Tax Collector was Arthur T. Strong.

Zoning Board of Adjustment members were: Luther E. Riddle; president, with Ralph G. Seiler, Alf F. Larkin, Ralph Crowell and Richard S. Johnson. The Superintendant of Public Works was Herbert J. Jensen. The assessors were: R. Christian Miller, Fred W. Bates and Erich Schuster.

Board of Health members were: Edward H. Koyen, A. Clayton Hollander, Mrs. Mildred Moss, Mrs. Bessie Abbott, John D. Witmer, Horace J. Orr and Clarence J.M. Hofer.
