CLARK – Students at Frank K. Hehnly Elementary School in Clark celebrated Thanksgiving in a variety of ways last week.

Two buddy classes shared a Thanksgiving “meal” together.  Pictured below are Mrs. Kay’s fourth grade class and Miss Lewis’ second grade class.  The classes got together to talk about the origination of “Thanksgiving” while feasting together.

Students in Mrs. Tamburino’s second grade class celebrated Thanksgiving by making soup together and putting on a Thanksgiving play.  The class is pictured here with their turkey hats.

Students in Mrs. Baker’s second grade class celebrated Thanksgiving by hosting their parents in their class for the morning.  Eleven students were also given recognition awards for their posters of what they were thankful for.
