Nov. 22 at 2:40 p.m. – Officer Eric Richter investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at 45 Central Avenue.

Nov. 23 at 9:27 a.m. – At the Hudson County Jail, Officer Thomas Sarnecki arrested Jersey City resident Leverne Ford, 47, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.


Nov. 26 at 1:17 p.m. – In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, Officer Antonio Manata arrested Westfield resident Thomas Wansaw, 49, on outstanding warrants from Garwood and Kenilworth. He was subsequently turned over to the Garwood Police Department.

Nov. 27 at 1:52 a.m. – In the vicinity of Largo Lane, Officer George Marmarou arrested Garwood residents Stephen Menakis and Michael Pares, both 18, and charged them with possession of CDS. Both men were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates.

Nov. 27 at 1:15 p.m. – Officer Daniel Pitts investigated a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle, which was parked at a Conger Way residence.

Nov. 27 at 9:58 p.m. – Officer Andy Wagner investigated a report of a burglary to a Fairview Road residence.

Nov. 29 at 7:48 a.m. – Officer John Ehling investigated a report of a criminal mischief at 100 Westfield Avenue.
