EDISON — Sixth graders at The Wardlaw-Hartridge School in North Edison recently engaged in a science/history project on energy production by developing television commercials promoting their assigned energy sources such as coal and bio-mass.
Pictured above, Shreya Sinha of Edison, Yumna Naqvi of Edison, and Vindya Tumati of Iselin present their case for bio-mass, a renewable energy source developed from natural materials such as wood, alcohol fuel, crops and trees. The girls asserted that the energy source would be efficient and cost-effective. Photo by Michelle Daino/Wardlaw-Hartridge School
