NEW BRUNSWICK — New Brunswick Elks Lodge 324 is sponsoring an all-day “All You Can Eat Pasta Benefit” on Nov. 14 to raise funds to help veterans and those currently serving in the armed forces.

Pasta, salad, sausage and meatballs will be served at the Elks Lodge, 40 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick at 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Guests may call the Elks Lodge at 1-732-545-0658 to make reservations, which are requested in order to accommodate the anticipated crowd. Walk-ins are welcome, too. Tickets are $15 for adults and $8 for children between the ages of 6 and 12.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will be used by the Elks to continue its work supporting veterans in need, as well as the Army of Hope, an Elks charity that collects personal items, such as phone cards, periodicals, toiletries and magazines, and ships them to troops to make their tours of duty more comfortable.

The New Brunswick Elks, a charitable organization helping children with special needs and veterans, has more than 500 members from New Brunswick, North Brunswick, Milltown, Highland Park and Franklin Township.
