Sponsored by diocesan Office of Family Life, the “Hope and Healing” day will include talks given by Brother André, followed by time for personal reflection and recollection.

The event will also include a group discussion facilitated by Brother André where family members will have the opportunity to talk about their loss.

In addition to discussing ways of coping with grief, Brother André will encourage participants to talk about their loss and will dispel common misconceptions that can accompany the loss of a loved one. Although people grieve differently, Brother André uses hope and encouragement to demonstrate the importance of dealing with grief in a healthy way, emotionally and spiritually.

Lunch and materials are included in the event fee, which is $15 for an individual or $45 for a family of three or more. To register, visit www.diometuchen .org, call the Family Life Office at (732) 562-1990, ext. 1624, or e-mail familylife@diometuchen.org.
