Lawmaker’s Choices

This year’s Democratic Team is the clear and best choice for South Amboy. Fred Henry, Joe Connors, Mickey Gross, and Don Applegate embody the true spirit of public service and the best ideals of the Democratic Party.

Fred, Joe, Mickey and Don have each spent a lifetime improving our City, volunteering their time and talent to make our youth programs stronger, life for the less fortunate better, and inspiring us all to celebrate our heritage and community.

More importantly Fred, Joe, Mickey and Don know and understand South Amboy and are committed to the strong values that have made our City and our Party, great. Values like caring for people, insuring senior programs are a top priority, providing opportunities for our young people, and preserving the small town character of the City we have loved for so long.

Fred, Joe, Mickey and Don also offer real promise for our future, and have a track record of demonstrated success. Thanks to their leadership our waterfront today produces needed revenue while preserving its natural beauty. The new community center is a shining centerpiece of progress for all South Amboyans to enjoy; and the best is yet to come.

While other communities languish in the world wide economic downturn, South Amboy is moving forward, attracting developers and ferry operators who recognize that South Amboy has much to offer and is ready for business. They know South Amboy is the place to be and we know that with Fred, Joe, Mickey and Don’s leadership things will be done right.

While other candidates may criticize and attempt to tear down the progress South Amboy has made, Fred, Joe, Mickey and Don celebrate the accomplishments and look to continue building a bright future. So when some candidate tells you what’s wrong and what they are going to do-ask them what they have done; and compare it to Fred, Joe, Mickey and Don’s record. When you do I’m sure you will join me in supporting our Democratic Team.
