CARTERET – The Carteret Public Library has a variety of upcoming activities, from an afternoon of Indian contemporary, folk and classical dances to children’s story times and adult book club meetings.

The library will present “An Indian Extravaganza” on Saturday, Nov. 13 at 2:30 p.m. Individuals and groups will perform contemporary, folk and classical dances. There will be free food available.

The Carteret Public Library Reading Club will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. to discuss “Look Again” by Lisa Scottoline.

The children’s department will offer “ABC 123 Storytime” for children ages 3-5 on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. The group will meet on Nov. 13 and 27 and Dec. 4 and 18.

The library’s Board of Trustees will meet on Wednesday, Nov. 10 at 6 p.m.
