REACHing Towards The Future
On Saturday, Oct. 23, Rahway hosted the first Union County REACH (Regional Enrichment Activities for Children with High Abilities) Day. The day consisted of interactive, hands-on-enrichment activities that focused on higher level thinking and multiple intelligences. Families participated in exciting challenge stations for ages 5 to 99. There were hands-on, informative workshops for students, parents and educators as well as networking opportunities and prize drawings for students and parents. Parents also had the opportunity to get to know the New Jersey Association For Gifted Children.
