Oct. 20 at 7:18 p.m. – At the Metuchen Police Department, Officer Brian Renda arrested Garwood resident Marcello Romanello, 27, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

Oct. 21 at 10:24 p.m. – At 186 Westfield Avenue, Officer Joseph Teston arrested Jamaica, N.Y. resident Tashmere Payne, 22, who was charged with credit card theft. Also arrested were Samaris Payne, 19, and Shakeila Griffin, 22, who were also charged with credit card theft. All three individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates.

Oct. 22 at 3:23 p.m. – In the vicinity of Lake Avenue and Bienko Court, Officer Antonio Manata arrested Rahway resident Sherley Francois, 31, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date.

Oct. 24 at 10:13 a.m. – In the vicinity of Revoir Drive, Officer Antonio Manata arrested Linden resident Ayodele Babatunde, 27, on an outstanding warrant from Millburn for contempt of court. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.
