Upcoming Activities At Clark Library

CLARK – A ghost hunting presentation, children’s story times and an information session about senior services are some of the events that are planned at the Clark Public Library, 303 Westfield Avenue.

Ghost Hunting in New Jersey and New York City

Just in time for Halloween, L’Aura Hladik will return to the Clark Public Library on Monday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. for a fascinating presentation on the paranormal. Learn about the top haunted hot spots of New Jersey and New York City based on the books from the America’s Haunted Road Trip series.


Stories and More

The Clark Public Library offers theme-based stories, movement, songs and a craft for active listeners between the ages of three and six each Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. through Oct. 26.

New Jersey Human Trafficking Task Force

The NJ Division of Criminal Justice will present an educational program about human trafficking on Thursday, Oct. 21 at the Clark Public Library. Discussion topics include clarification of the definitions of smuggling, illegal immigration, and trafficking, as well as correcting assumptions and myths about trafficking.

The Caring, Sharing Network Senior Services Workshop

Vital information regarding Senior Services will be presented at the Clark Public Library on Nov. 9 at 1 p.m. Learn about home health care services, hearing care, hospice care and lifestyle transitions. There will be a 25-minute presentation followed by a question and answer session.
