EDISON–Edison Wetlands Association (EWA) will be hosting a free Autumn Pumpkin Painting at the Triple C Ranch, the last remaining farm in the Edison area. Located in the heart of the Dismal Swamp Conservation Area, this event will be held on Sunday, Oct. 17, from noon – 2 p.m. at 206 Tyler Road in Edison, just off of New York Boulevard.
The autumn pumpkin painting event will be filled with free pumpkin painting activities and an opportunity to enjoy the wildlife featured at the ranch. Not only will you be able to paint your own pumpkin, but guests can also take advantage of this unique site and enjoy a scenic nature walk on one of the trails nestled in the midst of the Dismal Swamp nature preserve.
EWA is a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting human health and the environment in central New Jersey. EWA owns and operates the Triple C Ranch, located in the 1,240-acre Dismal Swamp Conservation Area. The Triple C Ranch supports environmental education with an emphasis on learning through enjoyment ensuring environmental values, ecology, conservation and respect for life on Earth.
