Rahway Marching Band Racks Up Honors

RAHWAY — The Rahway High School Marching Band finished in fourth place at the United States Scholastic Band Association competition held on Saturday, Oct. 2 at the new Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford. This achievement takes place on the heels of a first-place finish at the September USSBA competition held in Edison, and marks the first-ever marching band competition at the new stadium. The band also took home a special award for Best Music at the prestigious event. The award-winning marching band now takes aim at the competitive debut at Rutgers Stadium later this month.
