CLARK – An 18-year-old Clark man was arrested Tuesday as the result of a four-month joint investigation conducted by the Union County Narcotics Strike Force and Clark Police officers.
According to Clark Police Chief Denis E. Connell, members of the Union County Narcotics Strike Force and Clark Police officers executed a search warrant at 32 Ridge Road in Clark on Oct. 5.
Jesse Mason, 18, a student at the Union County Vocational-Technical School, was arrested without incident at 10:15 a.m., Connell said.
Mason was charged with possession of heroin; possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; possession of oxycodone and marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000’ of a school; possession of a prescription legend drug; and possession of a prescription legend drug with intent to distribute.
Mason is scheduled to appear at Central Intake of the Union County Superior Court on Oct. 13, according to Connell.
