New Faces Greet New Students At St. Agnes School

CLARK — A new principal, new teachers and many new programs and activities are all a part of the new beginnings at St Agnes School.

Heather Schnaars has been assigned as the school’s new principal.  She taught in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School in Tenafly for eight years and served as principal of Our Lady of the Assumption School in Wood-Ridge for the past two years.  She brings along experience, spirit and a desire to continue making St Agnes School a vibrant school that provides a strong academic and spiritual foundation.

Several new teachers have been hired as well.  Joining St. Agnes are Miss Altvater, who will be teaching Spanish, Mrs. Crincoli will be teaching Art, Mrs. Armstrong will be teaching Math for 6th, 7th, 8th grade, and Miss Joffe will be teaching 6th, 7th, 8th grade Language Arts, Literature and Vocabulary.

New programs include Zumbatronics, an afterschool activity of dance and aerobics, along with a Math and Science club.
