CLARK — Thanks to the generosity of the neighboring L’Oreal Group, students in the Clark Schools Preschool Annex were the recipient of $700 in donations of various school supplies.

L’Oreal administrators recently visited the Preschool Annex and personally made their donation to Vincent Caputo, the district director of curriculum and instruction with oversight of the Preschool Annex. Making the donation were Tonja Ashcraft, manager of human resources and research innovation; Eric Bone, vice president of research and innovation; and Sarah Mays, administrative assistant for corporate operations in North America.

In commenting on the donation, Superintendent of Schools Kenneth Knops commented, “It’s a delight to have such a generous neighbor as L’Oreal making a corporate donation such as this. As everyone knows, due to budget constraints our school budgets have experienced major cutbacks. The generosity and altruism of L’Oreal is greatly appreciated and the supplies will be well utilized by our preschool students.”
