Perth Amboy High School Students Will Wear Uniforms Next Year

PERTH AMBOY – Next year, back-to-school shopping will be a simpler experience for parents of Perth Amboy High School students.

Earlier this month, the school board voted 7-0 to institute a mandatory uniform policy at the high school, which would take effect for next school year. The district’s other schools all require uniforms, and administrators say they build a sense of community.

School officials said that parents would learn more about the program as the school year goes on.
