Human Remains Found In Edison

EDISON — Police are working to identify human remains that were found yesterday in a wooded area of Edison, Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce J. Kaplan and Edison Police Chief Thomas Bryan announced last night.

The Edison Police Department and the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office began an investigation shortly after a man, whose name was being withheld, discovered the remains and contacted authorities at 2:15 p.m. Thursday.


The remains were found in a wooded area next to the Oakwood Plaza shopping center on Wood Avenue in Edison.
