Union Vicinage To Hold Landlord/Tenant Workshop

UNION – The Superior Court of New Jersey, Union Vicinage, will hold a workshop for landlords and tenants on Thursday, Sept. 23 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Union Public Library, 1980 Morris Ave., Union.

The workshop will provide participants with information on the rights of landlord and tenants, how to file a complaint, warrants of removal, illegal evictions, and court proceedings.  Court staff participating in the presentation will include Lloyd Garner, assistant civil division manager, and Lydia Ramirez, special civil court clerk for Judge Frederic S. Kessler.   Attendees will receive landlord/tenant information packets.

The workshop is free and open to the public.  Registration is not required.  As this is an informational workshop only, no personal cases can be discussed or resolved.
