Sept. 15 at 10:29 a.m. – In the vicinity of Raritan Road and Clarkton Drive, Officer Antonio Manata arrested Plainfield resident Lisa Katz, 57, on an outstanding warrant from Plainfield for contempt of court. She was subsequently released after posting bail.

Sept. 15 at 6:07 p.m. – Officer Marty Venezio investigated a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle, which was parked at 45 Central Avenue.

Sept. 16 at 7:46 a.m. – Officer Daniel Pitts investigated a report of a theft of items at 45 Central Avenue.

Sept. 16 at 10:38 a.m. – Officer Daniel Pitts investigated a report of criminal mischief at 330 Central Avenue.

Sept. 18 at 7:15 a.m. – Officer Marty Venezio investigated a report of criminal mischief at a Tudor Drive address. The incident is under investigation.

Sept. 19 at 12:34 a.m. – In the vicinity of 162 Central Avenue, Officer Chris Lott arrested New Brunswick resident Rauwshan James, 21, and charged him with DUI and hindering arrest. Bail was set at $2,500. He was also detained on two outstanding warrants from North Brunswick for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.
