Aug. 27 at 11:04 p.m. – After making stopping a car for going through a stop sign at Middlesex Street and Charles Street, Officer Matt Jones arrested Elizabeth resident Harry Robinson, 22, and charged him with possession of ecstasy, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, failure to wear a seat belt, and a Roselle contempt warrant. Linden resident Charles Tyrone Holmes, 22, was arrested and charged with possession of a handgun, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, being an unlicensed driver, failure to stop at a stop sign, and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. His total bail was set at $ 77,500.
Aug. 29 at 6:26 a.m. – Officers responding to a report of a dispute on East St. Georges Avenue at St. John Street arrested Linden resident Christopher J. Worden, 20, and charged him with robbery and criminal mischief. His bail was set at $25,000 cash. Linden resident Julian V. Johnson, 20, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. His bail was set at $15,600 cash.
