Children’s Karate Classes Offered In Linden
LINDEN – The city’s Department of Public Property and Community Services is sponsoring karate classes for Linden students ages 5 through 15.
Grand Master Ralph Chirico, a 10th degree black belt with over 40 years of experience, aims to provide students with a strong foundation for becoming champions, not only in karate, but also in life.
Chirico’s “Total Learning Martial Arts Experience” aims to build self-confidence and self-discipline while increasing concentration and improving coordination and balance. Classes will be held at the John T. Gregorio Recreation Center, 330 Helen Street on Friday afternoons, from 4 – 5 p.m., starting Oct. 1 and concluding on Nov. 19
Cost for the program is $55. Class size is limited. Pre-registration is required. Registration deadline is Sept. 30. Sign up at the John T.
