ELIZABETH -- Thanks to an intensive investigation by members of the Union County Homicide Task Force, a 29-year-old Irvington man was arrested Friday and charged for his alleged role in a 2008 Elizabeth homicide, according to Union County Prosecutor Theodore J. Romankow. »
