“Supernatural” Fans Can See Show’s Stars At Weekend Convention

PARSIPPANY — Fans will come together to celebrate the hit TV series “Supernatural” this weekend at Creation Entertainment’s The Salute to “Supernatural” Convention in Parsippany.

This three-day event will take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 9-11, at the Hilton Parsippany Hotel, 1 Hilton Court. Throughout the weekend celebrity guests from “Supernatural” are scheduled to appear include: on Friday, Richard Speight, Jr. (Trickster) and Alona Tal (Jo Harvelle), on Saturday, Misha Collins (Castiel), Travis Wester (Harry Spangler) and Aldis Hodge (Jake Talley), and Sunday, Misha Collins (Castiel), Rob Benedict (Chuck Shurley), Samantha Smith (Mary Winchester) and Katherine Boecher (Lilith).


Also scheduled to appear will be Steve Carlson (appearing on stage Saturday) who is a singer/songwriter and is a “Supernatural” favorite.  On Friday night, Carlson will heat up the stage with a concert at 9 p.m..  A separate ticket is required.

In addition to celebrity appearances, the non-stop auditorium show will include behind the scenes presentations, costume and trivia contests, no minimum bid auctions of unique collectibles and one-of-a-kind items, and special salute videos and previews of upcoming sci-fi television shows and motion pictures.

General admission tickets are available in advance or at the door for $20 on Friday and $30 on Saturday and Sunday.  Tickets for the Friday Steve Carlson Concert start at $20.   General admission tickets for children 12 and under are $15.  Show hours are Friday, noon – 7 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
