Union County Students Named To Dean’s List

BLACKSBURG, Va. – Seven Union County students enrolled at Virginia Tech were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2010 semester.

  • Stephanie M. Welch of Cranford is a freshman majoring in civil engineering in the College of Engineering.
  • Jaclyn P. Grysko of Clark is a senior majoring in interdisciplinary studies in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences.
  • Kristina L. Kalkstein of Scotch Plains is a freshman majoring in international studies in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences.
  • Kelli A. Kaskiw of Scotch Plains is a senior majoring in mechanical engineering in the College of Engineering.
  • Tu A. Vo of Union is a senior majoring in mechanical engineering in the College of Engineering.
  • Kathryn R. Abruzzo of Westfield is a sophomore majoring in mechanical engineering in the College of Engineering.
  • Rebecca L. Carle of Roselle Park is a freshman majoring in architecture in the College of Architecture and Urban Studies.

To qualify for the dean’s list, students must attempt at least 12 credit hours graded on the A-F option and earn a 3.4 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) during the semester.
