June 1 at 8:04 a.m. – Detective David Satkowski investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at a Hall Drive residence.

June 1 at 9:30 a.m. – At the Essex County Jail, Officer Thomas Sarnecki arrested Garwood resident Marcello Romanello, 27, single, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

June 1 at 1:49 p.m. – At the Westfield Police Department, Officer Ken Sarnecki arrested Garwood resident Brenda Jackson, 18, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court.  She was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

June 1 at 2:46 p.m. – In the vicinity of Mildred Terrace, Officer Pat Grady arrested Clark resident Anthony Depinho, 43, for DWI.  He  was subsequently released pending a court date.

June 1 at 8:24 p.m. – Officer Brian Soos arrested Clark resident Ron Agresta, 44, at his Madison Hill Road on an outstanding warrant from Woodbridge Township for contempt of court. He  was subsequently turned over to the Woodbridge Police Department.

June 2 at 6:35 a.m. – Officer Thomas Sarnecki investigated a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle, which was parked at a Sweet Briar Drive residence.

June 2 at 5:52 p.m. -- At 76 Central Avenue, Det. Alex Yanes arrested Roselle Park resident Jack Brown, 29, on outstanding warrants from the Union County Sheriff’s Department, Cranford and East Orange for contempt of court.  He was subsequently turned over the Union County Sheriff’s Department.

June 4 at 7:58 p.m. – In the vicinity of Harold Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard, officers George Marmarou and Keith Meehan arrested Elizabeth residents Jonathan Martinez, 18, and Gabriel Martinez, 22, for aggravated assault. Bail was set at $72,500 for Jonathan Martinez and $50,000 for Gabriel Martinez. Both men were subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

June 5 at 4:45 a.m. – In the vicinity of Parkway Drive, officers Brian Renda and Chris Lott arrested Winfield Park resident Maxwell Lowrey, 20, for DWI.  He was subsequently released pending a court date.  Also arrested were Winfield Park residents Charles Strickland, 19, and Christopher Favire, 19, for underage drinking.  They were subsequently released pending a court date.

June 5 at 3:27 p.m. – At the Old Bridge Police Department, Det. Walter Merfert arrested Old Bridge resident Steven Glynn, 31, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court.  He was subsequently released after posting bail.

June 6 at 6:40 a.m. – At the Watchung Police Department, Officer Brian Renda arrested Newark resident Raymond Bogan, 38, on outstanding warrants from Clark, Bloomfield Township, East Orange and Union Township for contempt of court.  He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

June 6 at 10:32 a.m. – Officer Keith Meehan investigated a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle, which was parked at a West Lane residence.

June 6 at 7:58 p.m. – At the Jersey Gardens Mall, Det. Kevin Shackleton arrested Elizabeth resident Newton Acevedo, 25, for aggravated assault.  Bail was set at $50,000, and he was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

June 7 at 9:28 a.m. – In the vicinity of Cutler Place, Officer Dan Pitts and Det. Walter Merfert arrested Newark resident Cliff Leconte, 22, and Maplewood resident Phillipe Nelson, 25, for bad checks, theft by deception and conspiracy. Both men were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates.

June 8 at 10:47 p.m. – At the Newark Police Department, Officer Chris Lott arrested Newark resident John DaSilva, 51, on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1,694 for contempt of court.  He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

June 10 at 4:40 p.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, Officer Thomas Sarnecki arrested Clark resident Laura Dirienzo, 52, for DWI.  She was subsequently released pending a court date.

June 13 at 12:25 a.m. – In the vicinity of Emerald Place, Officer Joseph Teston arrested Adreanna Bally, 19, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court.  She was subsequently released after posting bail.
