Corrections PBA Leaders Re-elected

ELIZABETH — Joe Krech has been re-elected president of the Policemen’s Benevolent Association Local 199, representing corrections officers at the Union County Jail, which held elections on June 10.

Krech defeated Pete Femia for president by a margin of two to one.

Vice President Artie Gagen overcame a closer challenge from Artie Marin, 134 to 100, and Ann Pantoja was again chosen as recording secretary over Tom Foley, 128 to 105.
