Former School Board Member Cleared Of Child Luring Charge

NEW BRUNSWICK – A Middlesex County grand jury cleared a former Old Bridge school board member of charges that he had lured a 10-year-old child to an isolated part of the township in January.

The grand jury “no billed” David L. Josselyn, 47, on charges of luring and endangering the welfare of a child on June 9.

Josselyn was arrested on Jan. 28 at the Old Bridge Police Department, after the child reported the alleged incident to school authorities.

Though he maintained his innocence, Josselyn opted not to run for re-election to the school board. His term expired in April.
