RAHWAY – The RWJ Rahway Foundation unveiled its 2010 Donor Recognition Wall at the fourth annual celebration on Thursday, May 20.
“We are so grateful for the continued generosity and support of so many,” Foundation Chairman Joseph D. Gibilisco said, adding that this recognition is well deserved by the loyal hospital family and special friends.
Gibilisco said “The Donor Wall is a legacy, representing the dedication and support of so many to the hospital’s patients and the community.” It recognizes the nearly $6 million in philanthropic support to the hospital since 2000.
Members of RWJ Rahway Foundation, the hospital Board of Governors, and the hospital’s leadership team welcomed donors from both the corporate and private sectors. The inscription on the Donor Recognition Wall reads: “The RWJUH Rahway Foundation recognizes with gratitude the strong commitment, compassion and philanthropy of the many individuals, physicians, employees, corporations and foundations who through their generosity have helped to continue the more than 90-year tradition of healthcare excellence in our community.”
