Multicultural Night

RAHWAY — On Tuesday, May 25, students from Franklin School in Rahway gathered to celebrate Multicultural Night.  Families brought a dish of food from their country, allowing all in attendance to “taste their culture.” Students dressed in the typical clothes from their country to display their pride.  The night was filled with fun and entertainment as the ESL/ Bilingual Program students performed bilingual songs and rhymes learned during this school year.

The picture above shows the kindergarten and first grade students proudly waving their native country colors while singing the American patriotic song, “God Bless America.”
