May 10 at 3:31 p.m. — At the Bernardsville Police Department, Officer Thomas Sarnecki arrested Colonia resident Rodney Franklin, 38, on outstanding warrants from Clark, Rahway and Newark for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations.  He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail

May 10 at 4:28 p.m. – Officer Pat Grady investigated a report of a burglary to a Madison Hill Road residence.

May 10 at 4:31 p.m. – Officer Daniel Joy investigated a report of a theft of items from a Westfield Avenue residence.

May 10 at 6:56 p.m. – Officer Tom Sarnecki investigated a report of a burglary to a Madison Hill Road residence.

May 12 at 4:35 p.m. – Officer John Ehling investigated a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle, which was parked at a St. Laurent Drive residence.

May 13 at 5:32 a.m. – Officer Chris Lott investigated report of a theft of a motorcycle, which was parked at 2 Lionel Street

May 13 at 8:34 a.m. – At the Elizabeth Police Department, Det. Alex Yanes arrested Elizabeth resident Freddy Perez, 34, on an outstanding warrant for burglary and credit card fraud.  Bail was set at $61,000.

May 13 at 3:12 p.m. – Officer John Ehling investigated a report of a theft of landscaping equipment from a motor vehicle, which was parked at a Union Street residence.

May 13 at 8 p.m. – At the Rahway Police Department, Officer Chris Lott arrested Rahway resident Aaron Bonnor, 21, on outstanding warrants for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations. He was subsequently released after posting bail.

May 13 at 11:53 p.m. – In the vicinity of Ridge Road, Officer Joseph Teston arrested Clark resident Damen Padilla, 19, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court.  He was subsequently released pending a court date.  P.O. was the Arresting Officer.

May 16 at 7:47 p.m. – Officer Glenn Griffin investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at a Valley Road residence.

May 17 at 1:40 p.m. – In the vicinity of 76 Central Avenue, Det. Alex Yanes arrested Winfield resident Andrew Sojka, 29, on an outstanding warrant from Linden for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations.  He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.

May 18 at 9:46 a.m. – In the vicinity of 1045 Lake Avenue, Officer Pat Grady arrested Edison resident Felisha Felton, 32, on an outstanding warrant from Hillside for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations.  She was subsequently released after posting bail.

May 19 at 11:21 a.m. – In the vicinity of West Lane and Emerson Road, Det. Alex Yanes arrested Jackson resident Bill Peterson, 57, on outstanding warrants from Greenbrook and Scotch Plains, New Jersey for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations.  He was subsequently released after posting bail.

May 24 at 12:38 p.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue and Miller Place, Officer Glenn Griffin arrested Nutley resident Azher Ashfaq, 26, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations.  He was subsequently released after posting bail.
