Powerball Jackpot Moves to $120 Million For Saturday’s Drawing

STATE — Because no one correctly matched all six numbers in Wednesday’s Powerball lottery drawing, the jackpot will grow to an estimated $120 million.

The cash option for the Saturday, May 15, drawing will be an estimated $61.2 million.

The numbers drawn Wednesday night were 37, 51, 52, 53, 58 and the Powerball was 38. The Power Play multiplier was 2.

Even though the grand prize was not awarded Wednesday evening, one lucky ticket in Oregon matched all 5 white numbers with the Power Play and won $1 million cash. Seven tickets – one each from Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, and Texas matched 5 white balls and won $200,000 cash each.  In addition, 756,833 tickets across the nation won a total of $6,472,892 in prizes.

Players purchased $35,130,780 in Powerball and Power Play tickets between Sunday and Wednesday night.
