CLARK—Stan Gurski, a noted authority on the American Revolution and firearms expert, will be at the Dr. Robinson Museum on Sunday, May 16 from noon-4 p.m.
He will be giving a presentation on the attire and weapons of the American soldier during the Revolution. He will also discuss the battle tactics of General George Washington against the British Army.
Anyone interested in having a historical firearm checked for its authenticity can bring the item or a picture of the item that includes all markings and he will inspect it free of charge. Gurski is former president of the NJ Arms Collectors Club, a social studies teacher and a member of the Clark Historical Society.
