Volunteers Honored For Service

RAHWAY—Rahway residents Joseph Rotondo, Anne Nelson and Art Shmukler, and Clark resident Lillian Buehler were honored for serving more than 10,000 hours as volunteers at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway.

Nelson, a retired accountant, has volunteered some 18,700 hours at the hospital. She has been donating her time since 1986. Her services include help in the Emergency Center, as well as serving as a hospital ambassador on weekends, helping family members find their way around the hospital. The hospital honored its volunteers of longstanding at a special luncheon on April 19.
