Parlin Store Sells Winning Jersey Cash 5 Ticket

TRENTON – The two owners of Jersey Cash 5 jackpot tickets that were sold in Ocean and Middlesex Counties have split the top prize of $277,442 for the Jersey Cash 5 drawing held on Tuesday, April 20. Each winning ticket is worth $ 138,721.

Acting Executive Director Steven Palmieri said the winning tickets were the only two sold for Tuesday’s drawing that matched all five numbers drawn. The winning numbers were: 06, 08, 14, 28 and 32.
The Ocean County ticket was purchased at Shop Rite, located at 431 Route 9 in Bayville. The Middlesex County ticket was sold at Krauszer’s Food Store, located at 3193 Washington Road in Parlin.

“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot tickets were sold at Shop Rite and Krauszer’s Food Store,” said Palmieri. “For selling these tickets, each of these businesses will receive a bonus check for $750. Overnight, these retailers have become two more ‘lucky locations’ for some very fortunate winners.”

Palmieri also noted that 4,387 other players won $103,030 in cash prizes in the drawing. For correctly picking four numbers, 145 players won cash prizes of $418.00 each, and for correctly matching three numbers, 4 ,242 players won $10.00 each.
