“Babydoll” Art Exhibit Features Women Artists’ Views On Women

RAHWAY—Arts Guild New Jersey will present BABYDOLL, an exhibition of art by women artists who’s work comments on the contemporary perception and image of women, curated by the executive director of Arts Guild New Jersey, Lawrence Cappiello.

The exhibit will run from April 23 – May 20, at Arts Guild New Jersey, 1670 Irving Street in Rahway. The public is invited to attend the opening reception on Sunday, April 25, from 1 to 4 p.m.  Light refreshments will be served. Admission to the exhibit and reception is free.  This exhibit is handicap accessible.


Featured NJ-based artists include: Joan Arbeiter, Linda Rae Coughlin, Jill Baker Gower, Lisa Ficarelli-Halpern, Claudia Hart, Frances Heinrich, Tracie Fracasso, Margaret Murphy, Sarah Petruziello, Mary Ellen Scherl, Kelly Vetter, Jennifer Watson, Amy Wilson and Jane Zweibel.
