Rahway Resident Running For Congress

RAHWAY—Thomas C. Cusmano from Rahway filed his petition Monday to run in the Republican primary for the 10th Congressional District.

Cusmano is a retired owner of a manufacturing company. He is married 52 years, with four sons and 6 grandchildren. He is Republican committeeman for over 30 years and a former Republican assembly candidate in the old 22nd District.

“I am one of the millions of Americans who the government is ignoring,” Cusmano said. “The majority party in congress is choking the average American citizen with taxes and regulations. Americans want jobs, security, and the government out of their lives. The American way of life as we know it, is in danger of disappearing if we don’t act now.”

New Jersey’s 10th Congressional District is currently represented by Democrat Donald Payne, who is seeking re-election.
