Woodbridge Hosts “An Evening of Holocaust Remembrance”

WOODBRIDGE—The Interfaith Clergy Council of Woodbridge Township, the Woodbridge Township Multi-Services Program on Aging, the Municipal Council, students and members of the public will remember and honor those lost to the Holocaust at a community service on Sunday, April 11 at the Evergreen Center, 400 Inman Avenue in Colonia.

The Interfaith Clergy Council will introduce “Stories of Freedom: What You Do Matters,” a Holocaust discussion and program authored by Dale Daniels, executive director of the Holocaust, Genocide & Human Rights Education Center at Brookdale Community College.  Members of the community will offer remembrances. First Presbyterian Church of Iselin and the Colonia High School choir will provide music.

FORT MONMOUTH — Inspectors contracted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency are contacting New Jersey residents applying for disaster assistance following the storms and flooding of mid-March.
