RAHWAY—During the week of April 5, the Rahway Branch YMCA will be celebrating National Aquatic Splash Week.
The primary purpose of Splash Week is to help people of all ages learn basic water safety. Some of the topics which will be reviewed are basic swimming skills, pool safety and beach safety.
Call Jorge Rico, aquatic coordinator at 1-732-388-0057, ext 219 for more information on times and scheduling of activities. You can also register directly at the YMCA Welcome Center.
This program is for both members and non-members of the Rahway Branch YMCA facility. Spaces are limited so register early. Current YMCA members will have enrollment priority. Registration is $5 per day for non-members of the YMCA. Registration is free for YMCA members.
All participants are to complete a Hold Harmless Agreement prior to participation. Those 17 years and younger must have their parents complete the Hold Harmless Agreement.
