CLARK – As part of a cub scout’s achievement badge requirements, scouts need to learn about “Cooking and Eating.” What better place to learn that then one of their favorite fast food restaurants, Burger King!
Eight scouts from Clark’s Cub Scout Pack 145 recently visited a Burger King in Roselle Park. Each scout was given a tour of the kitchen and saw all of the utensils, appliances and ingredients used by the food chain. Each scout made their own dinner including hamburgers, chicken tenders, fries and milkshakes.
The scouts had a great time learning how to cook one of their favorite meals and the “King” himself even came out to congratulate the scouts on a job well done.
