March 16 at 10:45 a.m. – Officer Daniel Pitts investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at 250 Broadway.

March 16 at 1:53 p.m. – At 45 Central Avenue, Officer Keith Meehan arrested Berkeley Heights resident Lynn Bogstahl Kaylor, 49, for allegedly shoplifting merchandise valued at $229 from the Target Department Store.  She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date.

March 18 at 8:59 p.m. – Officer Joseph Teston investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at 1184 Raritan Road.

March 19 at 5:33 p.m. – At 45 Central Avenue, detectives Kevin Shackleton and Alex Yanes arrested the following individuals who were charged with theft by deception and forgery: Brooklyn Park, Minn. resident Kmontee Dougbeh Pour, 26; Plymouth, Minn. resident Emmanuel Willie, 26; and Brooklyn Park, Minn. resident Alex Gboeah, 23. Bail was set at $50,000 for each of the men.

March 19 at 11:01 p.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue and Joseph Street, Officer George Marmarou arrested Linden resident Alexander Santana, 19, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations from Parsippany.  He was subsequently released after posting bail.

March 20 at 2:25 a.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, Officer George Marmarou arrested Rahway resident Justin Gripp, 27, who was charged with DUI.  He was subsequently released pending a court date.

March 21 at 5:42 p.m. – At 76 Central Avenue, Officer Christopher Tuccio arrested Elizabeth resident George Williams, 50, who was charged with robbery and simple assault.  He was subsequently released pending a court date.
