“Gallon Person” Teaches About Measurement
RAHWAY—Students at Franklin School in Alicia Scipioni’s second grade class worked with Kean University intern Patricia Keane on exploring capacity. The students explored relationships among units of capacity and identified equivalent measures of capacity.
The students especially loved creating their Gallon Person posters to help them remember measurements.
